I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of my non-refundable ticket purchase below (aka the legal details):

I understand that by registering for and attending the SHE LEADS 2025 event (the “Event”) hosted by 1313585 BC Ltd. (“My Aligned Purpose”), I am agreeing to all of the terms of this Participant Publicity Waiver and Release (this “Agreement”).

I agree as follows:

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY

I grant my permission to be photographed, audiotaped or videotaped at My Aligned Purpose events and for said photographs, video or audio content to be used by the My Aligned Purpose team as it deems fit. I understand that the My Aligned Purpose event shall own all intellectual property rights, if any, arising in connection therewith, and I further agree and acknowledge that I shall not receive (or be entitled to receive) any compensation from the My Aligned Purpose event for any such usage.

EVENT CANCELLATION

My Aligned Purpose reserves the right to cancel the conference at any time and for any reason. My Aligned Purpose shall not be liable to individuals or entities for any travel costs, including, but not limited to, nonrefundable airline tickets.

Everyone who pays for travel and lodging expenses does so at their own risk. The amount of liability of the My Aligned Purpose event is limited to a return of the attendance/registration fee.

PAYMENT

Event participation requires payment. Registration received without payment will not be processed.

Registrants may pay by credit/debit card. Absolutely no refunds will be made. Paid registrations may be transferred to another party by emailing connect@myalignedpurpose.com with the name and email of the person you wish to transfer the ticket to. The deadline to request ticket transfers is April 1st, 2025.

ASSUMPTION OF RISKS

​By registering for and attending this Event, you assume all the risk of participation in this Event, as well as any subsequent actions you choose to take as a result of the influence, information or educational materials provided to you by My Aligned Purpose and any speakers, exhibitors or sponsors. I understand I am solely responsible for my personal safety and the protection of my personal property at the Event.

LIMITATION​ ​OF​ ​LIABILITY.

My Aligned Purpose and all others involved in this Event, shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use of data or other intangible losses, resulting from or incurred in connection with this Event . We do not assume liability for any third-party conduct, accidents, delays, harm or other detrimental or negative outcomes as a result of your participation in this Event and use of the related material(s).

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF UNDERSTANDING

I have read this Agreement in full and understand its terms. I acknowledge that by registering for this Event and attending I voluntarily agree to these terms and the unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
